General Information

This is a rain or shine event. Artists and schedule are subject to change. All ticket sales, including sales tax & service charges, are final. NO REFUNDS.

All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at all times.

Parking is $20 per vehicle if you buy online, but $30 (cash only) at the gate. We encourage you to purchase your Parking Pass online to confirm space for your vehicle. If you purchase an RV Pass, you do NOT need to buy the Parking Pass. However, if you camp at Campbell Cove Campground, you will need a parking pass to park at Duck Creek. Please carpool! Carpooling will help us keep traffic and the amount of parked cars to a minimum while giving mother nature and your transportation budget a break.Wristbands MUST be worn at ALL times, NO EXCEPTIONS! If you are caught without a wristband, you will have to buy another at full price or leave the property.

Rules

There is no sale of alcohol on the premises. You are welcome to bring and enjoy beverages responsibly. You must be 21 to consume alcohol and all persons consuming alcohol must have a valid age verification wristband. Violation of this rule will result in removal from the event and a meeting with local law enforcement.

NO GLASS PERMITTED
While our focus is mostly on keeping bottles and mason jars out of Duck Creek, our volunteers have been known to confiscate everything from pickle jars to hot sauce. And, yeah, we do sometimes eat or drink the contraband. You’ve been warned.

No pets.

Swimming is permitted during daylight hours and in designated areas only. No night swimming. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Kids under 18 must swim with an adult!

Unauthorized sale of food or alcohol is prohibited.

No unauthorized vending.

No fireworks.

No weapons or knives.

No illegal drugs or controlled substances. If you need a nitrous tank and the guy with the backpack to have a good time, this festival is not for you.

No golf carts, ATVs, or other motorized vehicles.

No loud radios, speakers, or other amplified music. You are welcome to have some tunes playing at your campsite, but it shouldn’t be so loud that it can be heard several campsites away. (Think background music here.) Our goal is to make sure the soundtrack of Duck Creek is simply the music playing on our stages, any pickers playing music in the campgrounds, and the sounds of the Hocking Hills. In other words, be respectful of your neighbors.

All coolers, vehicles, bags, and persons are subject to search while on the premises. Expect to be searched at check-in.

NO FROWNING AND NO CRYING.

Help keep it clean! Give a hoot, don't pollute! ZeroWaste is onsite to help us recycle, compost, and maintain the beautify of the property. Please help by separating your recyclables at the your camp.

We don't care if you smoke, but please be courteous to those who don't. Please don't smoke in large crowds, like in front of a stage or near any kiddos. Just be considerate and step away for your smoke. Please pick up your butts. Oh - and NO SMOKING IN THE PINE GROVE! We don't want to burn her down!

Treat others well. If you don’t know how to let loose while still treating others with respect, please do not attend this event.

Can I buy tickets at the gate?

Yes, unless the event is sold out. However, it is significantly cheaper if you purchase tickets online in advance. We can only accept cash at the gate.

Can I leave the camping area and return?

Sure! However, if you leave, you're not guaranteed to get the same parking location when you return.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

This is a rain or shine event. All sales are final.  NO REFUNDS. This includes the unlikely chance of cancellation due to forces beyond our control. Covid-19 policy, line-up, schedule, and parking and camping areas are all subject to change. In the event of extreme wet conditions, Duck Creek Outdoors, LLC reserves the right to limit on-site parking, modify the event schedule, change the location of the event, or do anything else we can to allow the show to go on.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, no - pets are strictly prohibited. You will be turned away if you try to bring a pet on the festival grounds (seriously, we’ve had to do it before and it's not something we enjoy). As dog lovers ourselves, we know it makes things more difficult.

ARE SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED ON SITE?

Certified service animals that are trained to assist an individual with a disability are allowed. Other types of animals and pets are NOT allowed. Please contact us BEFORE the event to receive approval for your service animal.

Can I camp next to my car?

There will be a very limited amount of Camp-by-Your-Car spaces at this year's Log Jam. Please review the ticket options and details once available. Depending on when you arrive (as all parking is first come, first served), you will camp closest to your car (though not AT your car) in the Family Camping Area.

Is there cell phone service?

It all depends on what carrier you have and where you are standing. Though it has improved over the years, be prepared for cell service to be unpredictable.

Can I attend the festival if I do not want to camp?

Of course! There are many cabins and hotels in the area for those who do not want to rough it. All non-campers must leave the venue within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the night's final performance. Looking for a place to stay? Check out HOCKINGHILLS.com

Are there showers?

Nope, but our two ponds and Duck Creek itself can be mighty refreshing.

Will there be ice for sale?

Yep, we will have ice for sale throughout the weekend.

WHAT COVID PRECAUTIONS WILL BE IN PLACE?

At this time, there are no covid-related entry requirements for this event. This venue reserves the right to enact any health and safety measures it deems appropriate without notice. Refunds will not be given based on personal disagreement with any such measures. We are hopeful that by the spring of 2022 these policies will not need to be in place, but we have learned that this pandemic is anything but predictable.

WILL THERE BE DRINKING WATER ON SITE?

We will have potable water available to refill your water bottles and our food vendors will have drinking water for sale. We would encourage you, though, to bring water with you.

WHAT FOOD AND DRINK WILL BE AVAILABLE?

There will be a variety of vendors that will provide a variety of interesting, diverse, and reasonably priced food and non-alcoholic drinks. For health and quality reasons, unauthorized food vendors pose a risk to festival-goers. Unauthorized food vendors are not permitted and will be shut down to alleviate that risk. There will be no onsite alcohol sales. This is a BYOB event, but NO GLASS, PLEASE! No open containers allowed on the main road (Murphy Road) between parking at the Main Gate area or on the shuttles.

CAN I LEAVE THE CAMPING AREA AND RETURN?

To help us manage traffic and arriving guests, we ask that you avoid leaving once you arrive at the festival. However, if you leave, you are not guaranteed to get the same parking location when you return. We ask that you try to bring all you need with you for the weekend to reduce traffic around the festival site.

WHAT IS YOUR RE-ENTRY POLICY?

Every person in your vehicle must show their wristbands (or ticket, if checking in) when returning to the festival site. No wristband, no re-entry.

WHAT EMERGENCY SERVICES WILL BE ON SITE?

There will be emergency medical, security, and Hocking County Sheriff personnel on-site around the clock. If you need emergency medical or police attention, call 911 and tell the dispatcher you’re at the Duck Creek Log Jam on Murphy Road, find a uniformed officer or staff person, or go to the check-in or medical tent.
